In 2011 the House & Senate in the State of Georgia passed House Bill 423 defining unfair trade practices regarding Roofing Contractors.  Included in this Bill is additional protection for Homeowners as well as clear language making it illegal for Contractors to pay or rebate deductibles.  Click here to hear the bill described in further...
